Student Schedules:
Please note that opening a 7-12 high school is a multi-layered process that involves many people. Our team is experienced and on track for a successful opening. We kindly ask students and parents to refrain from individualized requests regarding schedules during the time leading up to the first day of school on September 1.
7/8 Homeroom lists are final at this point.
Please note any information students may 'know' about their schedule is not confirmed as adjustments are made in the days leading up to the opening of school.
9-12: Student schedules will be posted on my.studentinfo.ca Friday, August 28. All students are expected to follow the posted schedule, even if they apply for a course change. Students will be notified if and when a change is made. Until students receive such notification, they are expected to follow the original schedule.
New Gr. 9-12 students will receive their timetable from their guidance counselor by Friday, August 28.
7&8: Student homerooms will be communicated to families on Friday, August 28. Homerooms reflect an intentional approach to balance the numbers of students across both grades and language programs.
Life Threatening Medical Conditions:
We require the collection of medical documentation from some families. Information on this can be found by clicking HERE.
Please note: If your child/children has a serious medical condition (asthma, life-threatening allergy, diabetes, epilepsy/seizures, concussion/head injury) you will need to inform the school using the Life-Threatening Medical Condition Verification Form AS WELL AS the appropriate condition-specific Plan of Care form.
IMPORTANT: If the Plan of Care form has been previously submitted and there are no changes, please complete the Plan of Care Annual Review Sheet.
Lastly, please ensure all forms have been signed and dated. All forms can be returned to: sacredheart.high@ocsb.ca
